=============================================================================================================
The following is part of a post made by Laylos, and I want to use this within in FEAR.
My proposal is to use Wing men, which can be done many ways and be complex but as you read you will see it is much easier then you might think. I am not suggesting any TS whispers, but just flying in a group, in teams of two or three.

Wing men Assignment
When we form up before we move out it is easy for everyone to look at their squad number. This is the easiest way to determine your wing man. Basically who ever is directly behind you in squad is your wing man. So if TGFO is number 1 and I am number 2 then I am TGFO wing man and I follow him. If I am number 3 and the next squad number behind me is 5 then I am lead and 5 is my wing man. If the last person in the squad has no wing man then he is the wing man of the man in front of him.
Example of Squad and Wing men:
You have 7 person squad with the following numbers:
1,3,4,5,7,9,0
Wing men teams
(1,3)
(4,5)
(7,9,0)
**If someone logs off or on then the next time we form up look at the squad again and see who your new wing man is. Once it is a habit it will be really easy and everyone will always no what number they are as well.**
Rules for Engagement
If my lead engages a target. I engage the target. I am getting attacked then I evade while the lead engages the target attacking me. If I am lead then I engage targets and my wing man engages same target if my wing man is under attack then he evades and I engage the attacker.
Rules for Falling Back
If I am lead and I need ammo or repairs then my wing man follows and gets ammo and repairs as well. If I am wing man and my lead goes for repairs and ammo then I go with him for repair and ammo.
Rules for Death
If I am lead and I die then my wing man falls back and waits for me until I get back to him. If my wing man dies then I fall back and wait for him to return before engaging. If we both die then we form up before re-engaging.
Improvements to FEAR
1. No one is ever on their own; there is more strength in numbers.
2. Targets die fast with two constantly attacking it.
3. Increase in survival during battles because it forces more 2 v 1
4. Increase in survival against engaging targets.
5. Increase in learning how to fly/drive. Wing mans will learn off the lead and the lead will learn off the wing man.
6. Decrease in the confusion that battles can become with a group of multiple targets.
